Dear Donovan,
You turned 6 months old last week! Wow, a whole half a year has flown right by. We had your 6 month checkup last week and you weigh 19.2 pounds and are 28 inches long! So, you are a big and healthy boy.
Before shots
You are still not sleeping through the night. You wake up around 12, 2, and sometimes 5 before you are up at 7 for the day. We are hoping that this changes soon! Oh, to sleep a whole night again.
After shots :(
You are wearing size 3 diapers and in addition to your regular bottles, you are eating a fruit and cereal in the morning and a veggie at night. You adore bath time and kick your chubby little legs and babble away. You are a rolling machine and can roll your way across the room very quickly. You are working on sitting up but still not quite ready. You are drooling like crazy but no teeth have made an appearance yet.
We joke that you are our little botanist because you love plant life. You are obsessed with trees, grass, leaves and roll over to the silk tree daily and reach up and yank on the leaves and examine them.
I am so glad to be your mommy and I love you more than you will ever know, sweet boy!!
